Yes — as long as your artwork is print-ready and your order is confirmed before 11 AM Central. We produce and ship business cards from our Houston, TX facility every business day. The FedEx and UPS trucks leave our dock between 5 and 6 PM CT, so a card ordered before 11 AM CT lands anywhere in the continental United States within 1–3 business days on ground, next-day if you upgrade to overnight.

What qualifies as same-day for business cards?

Not every card configuration prints in a single shift. Here's what does:

• Standard 3.5" × 2" business cards, single or double-sided, 4/4 CMYK on 16pt or 14pt uncoated / matte stock.
• Round-corner cards on the same stocks (adds no time — we die-cut inline).
• Silk laminate cards ordered before 10 AM CT — same-day is possible but tight, so aim earlier.

Things that push a job to next-day: foil stamping (both dry and hot foil), embossing, edge painting, and any spot UV pass. These require a second machine pass and often a curing window. If your brand needs a foil or edge treatment, order the night before for a next-morning ship.

Getting artwork right the first time

The biggest reason 'same-day' becomes 'next-day' is artwork. We hold jobs until proofs are approved, so an unclear file kills your cut-off. Ship us:

• PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4, 300 DPI, CMYK or spot-Pantone.
• 0.125" bleed on all four sides.
• 0.125" safe area from any trim edge for text and logos.
• Outlined fonts (or embedded).

Our free die templates are downloadable directly from every product page in PDF and SVG (SVG opens natively in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW). If you don't design in-house, we have a small design team on the floor who can prep your file for a flat $35.

Shipping options — plan around the courier, not the state

The 11 AM CT cut-off works the same for a card going to Miami, Seattle, or Boston. What differs is transit time. FedEx / UPS Ground from Houston, TX lands most of the country in 1–3 business days:

• Zones 2–4 (TX, LA, OK, AR, MS, NM, KS) — 1 business day on ground.
• Zones 5–6 (Southeast + Midwest + Rockies) — 2 business days on ground.
• Zones 7–8 (West Coast, Northeast) — 3 business days on ground.
• Any zone — next-morning or 2-day air if you need to compress the timeline.
