Same-Day Banner Printing — What Ships Today, What Ships Tomorrow

The 11 AM CT rule

Same-day banner printing works because of one deadline: 11 AM Central. If your job is confirmed and artwork is approved by then, it ships the same afternoon. We produce banners in Houston, TX and load the FedEx / UPS trucks around 5–6 PM daily. Ground shipping puts Texas / Louisiana / Oklahoma next-day and most of the rest of the country in 2–3 business days. Add overnight air if you need to compress that further.

Sizes we turn same-day

Anything up to 10 feet wide × any reasonable length. That covers 99% of what small businesses, event organizers, restaurants, and non-profits order:

• Retractable banners (33" × 81") — same-day easy.
• Vinyl banners (2×4, 3×6, 4×8 ft) with grommets or pole pockets — same-day.
• Trade show step-and-repeat backdrops (8×10 or 8×8) — same-day if art is submitted by 9 AM CT.
• Backlit banners and mesh (for windy outdoor venues) — next-day.

Artwork you should send

Large-format is forgiving on DPI (we accept 150 DPI at final size), but it's ruthless on typography and color. Send:

• PDF at final print size (10ft wide file for a 10ft banner).
• 0.5" bleed on all sides (extra safety on large format — die trim wanders more).
• 1" safe zone from grommets and pole pockets — grommets punch through art.
• Convert text to outlines — we don't want to substitute your font.

Trade show and event pricing

If you're printing for a trade show, drop the venue name and hall in the order notes at checkout. Big convention centers post move-in windows for exhibitors, and we time the FedEx / UPS drop-off to match your booth setup slot instead of leaving your banner sitting on a dock all night.
