Sizes that fit real documents

The standard 9" × 12" presentation folder holds letter-size documents with a 1/2" margin on all sides — that's what almost every Houston law firm, real-estate group, medical practice, and consultancy orders. If you're pitching internationally, spec our A4 folder (9.375" × 12.25") so European documents don't overhang.

One pocket or two?

Two-pocket folders are our default. The right pocket typically holds proposal / pitch documents, and the left holds a business card in a die-cut slot plus supplementary flyers or spec sheets. If you're a real-estate firm doing property packets, ask about our capacity folders — 1/4" gusseted spine that holds up to 50 sheets.

Slot on the left pocket, angled at 22° (industry standard). Slots are die-cut post-print, and we can position them anywhere on the pocket — bottom-right if you want the card facing forward when the folder opens, top-left if you prefer a discovery-order approach.

Coatings that survive a briefcase

Aqueous coating is standard and cheap. It resists coffee spills but not scratches. If your folders will spend a week in a Houston sales rep's briefcase or car, upgrade to soft-touch laminate — it hides scratches, doesn't smudge, and has become the default for law-firm and financial-services folders in the last two years.
